Healing View Cabin LLC would like to welcome vacationers looking for an unforgettable stay in Parke County Indiana home of the PARKE COUNTY COVERED BRIDGE FESTIVAL and the amazing TURKEY RUN STATE PARK! OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND.... We are located within 2 miles of Turkey Run State Park where you can hike and take in the beauty of Turkey Run State Park. While you are here you can enjoy canoeing on Sugar Creek with several options of renting a canoe/tube at Sugar Valley Canoe or Turkey Run Canoe within 1 mile or bring your own with you. Shades State Park, Raccoon Lake State Recreation Area is 20-25 minutes away, reasonable drive to The Badlands, Ironman Race and so many other sights to enjoy while in Parke County. Don't settle for a cramped and impersonal place. Here, you'll enjoy a healing view, sounds of nature and a large yard access all to yourself. Our Amish built cabin with our own personal touch has a roomy layout with a small kitchen area equipped with many small appliances to help make your stay as much like home as possible. This Amish built cabin has a spacious living area downstairs with an open concept ceiling with ceiling fan. Features include a queen size murphy bed downstairs and seating during the day. Kitchen area has several small cooking appliances to save time and money if that is your preference. The upper level includes 2 twin beds with standing room, nightstands and lamps. You will enjoy the overlook into the downstairs with the open concept ceiling from below. Currently we are not handicap accessible.
